Licence and refunds
Diorama is a one-time purchase with a seven-day trial. This is what a licence covers and how to get your money back.

The licence
Every background is unlocked for seven days from the first launch — no account, no card, nothing to cancel. After that the Cassette background keeps working, free, and your settings stay where they are.
A key unlocks all of them on up to three Macs that are yours to use. It does not expire, updates are included, and it is checked on your Mac rather than against a server, so it works offline. Please do not publish it, resell it, or redistribute a modified copy of the app.
Refunds
Fourteen days, no reason needed: write to contact@dioramas.app from the address you bought with and we will refund it in full. Having tried the app first does not cost you that — in Norway, the EEA and the UK it is the right of withdrawal you have by law, and we apply the same fourteen days everywhere else.
The money goes back to the card you paid with, and the key then stops unlocking the paid backgrounds. After fourteen days, write anyway — we would rather hear about a problem than not.
Who you are buying from
Checkout is handled by Polar, the merchant of record — they are the legal seller, take the payment, handle any tax, and their terms cover the transaction. The app is made and supported by Cashper AS, registered in Norway, which grants the licence above.
If something goes wrong
Diorama comes as it is: no promise that it is free of faults, and where the law allows a limit, our liability is limited to what you paid. It depends on macOS behaviour and on public data services that can change without warning — we fix what we can, and some of it is outside our hands.
